The first step in creating your picnic process is:

1. Pick a date
2. Fill out booking form and your party information
3. And we take care of the rest!

You will be sent the precise location of your set up an hour prior to your reservation. All you have to do is show up and have a good time. All set up and tear down is covered by us. Your only job is to enjoy your beach party.

We do not offer any food options at this time. We supply all soft drinks, sparkling waters, and lemonade. Guests are more than welcome to bring along any other foods, beverages, snacks, cakes, cupcakes, anything! And yes, we provide all necessary dining ware, cups, and utensils.

Yes you can! All we ask is that you be mindful of keeping our beaches clean, and refrain from bringing certain decor that is easily lost and not good for the environment (confetti, streamer poppers, etc.)

Unfortunately we do not supply specialty cakes, but are more than happy to provide cake stands and cutting utensils upon request. We do not supply alcohol.

Of course! We pride ourselves on our flexibility and understanding that plans can change. We kindly request a 72-hour notice prior to your scheduled picnic to accommodate your rescheduling request. This allows us to manage our bookings efficiently and ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.

There is no fee to reschedule, but we do charge a $125 fee for same-day cancellations or no shows.

Your enjoyment and safety are our top priorities, and we understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the event of last-minute adverse weather, like high winds or heavy rain, we'll actively monitor the situation. If it poses hazard to your beach party, we offer complimentary same-day rescheduling. Just let us know, and we'll assist you in rescheduling your event for a safer and more enjoyable experience.

Our team always stays within a 15 minute reach to accommodate your picnic, whether you need an extra utensil, cup or anything else - The Beach Party Co. Team is always nearby.

We do not recommend you leave your picnic set up unaccompanied for more than 10 minutes. While you are enjoying your two or four hour experience, you are responsible for our picnic items! 

And another note.. seagulls like picnics too.

That’s no problem, if you gotta go - you gotta go! All we ask is that you give us a 10 minute heads up so we can return back to site as you leave.
